Groundz/Privacy policy
How Groundz collects, uses and protects the personal data of website visitors and clients — in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of Cyprus, Georgia, the UAE and other countries where we work.

For any personal data question, write to ge@groundz.estate with the subject “Personal data”.
Form data: name, email, phone or messenger, country of interest, description of your matter, consent choices, date and time of submission.
Referral data: advertising tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid), the page of submission, site language.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type — as needed to run and secure the site.
Cookies and identifiers for analytics and advertising — only if you consent in the cookie banner.
Please do not send passport, bank or health details through the form. We request documents separately, through secure channels, once work begins.
Responding to your request and preparing a contract — your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Market analytics and invitations — only with separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can unsubscribe at any time.
Visit analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) — only with consent in the cookie banner.
Site security and spam protection — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Legal obligations (including AML/KYC once work begins) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Licensed partners in your country of interest (lawyers, brokers, tax advisers, banks) — only as needed for your matter and after agreeing it with you.
Technical providers — hosting, email, CRM — under data processing agreements.
Google and Meta — only with your consent to analytics or advertising cookies.
We never sell personal data or share it for others’ marketing.
Groundz works in Georgia, Cyprus (EU) and the UAE, so data may be processed in these countries. When data leaves the EU for a country without a European Commission adequacy decision, we use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and other safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.
Requests that do not lead to a contract — no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
Client data — for the term of the contract and then for periods required by law (accounting, AML).
Marketing consent lasts until withdrawn. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change or clear it.
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time — without affecting processing before withdrawal.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country — for example, the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Necessary — site operation and storing your choice; always on.
Analytics — Google Analytics: anonymous visit statistics; only with consent.
Marketing — Google Ads and Meta Pixel: ad measurement and remarketing; only with consent.
Analytics and advertising tags do not load until you choose. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
We use organisational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections, restricted access and confidentiality agreements with partners.
The site is not intended for people under 18.
